A Flower Blooms Once

June 1st, 2008 by Connie

Here is a layout of a very special bloom in my garden, my grandaughter.

The background piece is white Bazzill Cardstock and the patterned paper is from patterned paper pad series:  K & Company "Sparkly Sweet" , The Chipboard words are from a cute little tin box by K & Company called K-ology chipboard.

Chipboard flourishes are from Maya Road, click here to see their blog wonderful ideas using chipboard.   My sample from picture

I love these flowers, they are made by Imaginese "Pure Passion".   I used Quickutz fonts for the title journaling.

Chipboard flourishes were painted with Gesso, and I applied  a light coating of Ranger Stickles, to add some shimmer.

I made the scallop border using Stampin Up’s every so handy Slit Punch

Thanks for visiting my blog.
